| PMACS line of business acquired |
EAST GRANBY, Conn.--June 30, 2003--The E/W Group is pleased to announce that its PMACS line of business has been acquired by McCamish Systems, LLC (www.mccamish.com). "PMACS is a great fit within the McCamish portfolio of products and we are very comfortable with the knowledge that McCamish will continue the on-going enhancement and support of the product" stated Laird Wiggin, Managing Partner of The E/W Group. The company will now focus its efforts on its core consulting businesses and the continuing support of its efSolutions subsidiary.
